5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by winapk are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply.

10.4 winapk is not responsible for any internet connectivity costs, mobile data charges, or device-related expenses incurred by members while accessing the platform.
11.1 winapk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
